TooLittle, TooLate.ie is built on the public record. Nothing on the ledger is opinion. Everything points back to a source you can read for yourself.
What goes on the record
A case is added when a public-sector or publicly funded worker group in Ireland or Northern Ireland enters a verified industrial dispute, and when that dispute can be cross-checked against credible reporting or official documentation. We do not aggregate opinion. We document timelines.
Where the evidence comes from
- Workplace Relations Commission findings and Labour Court recommendations
- Oireachtas committee transcripts and departmental correspondence
- Freedom-of-information returns and procurement logs
- Public reporting from RTÉ, BBC, and other newsroom sources of record
- On-record worker testimony and union statements
How each case is structured
Every entry records the worker group, the employer, the union, the action taken, the dates, the issue at the centre of it, what was meant to resolve it, where it broke down, what workers said, what officials said, and every source consulted. The structure is the same across the ledger so cases can be read in isolation or compared against one another.
What stays out
Rumours, anonymous claims with no corroboration, and partisan framing stay off the record. Where a case is still being reviewed for scope or where sourcing is in progress, it is marked accordingly so readers can see exactly where it stands.
